“Rhubarb” is tangy and only slightly sweet creamy rhubarb ice cream with some icy cool rhubarb Riesling jam lurking within. Rhubarb is kinda like summer in Calgary … fleeting and never on time but luscious and so appreciated once it arrives. If it only it went on forever like this song! Roasted Bananas with plenty of Rum … to make it better.
